Our purpose at Longevity is to teach our clients how to prolong their healthy years through proper movement, age athletically, and find longevity in all activities they enjoy doing. In addition to treating injuries, Longevity also provides wellness and maintenance services, such as movement analysis, exercise plans, and sports performance, focusing on helping clients reach their full potential and prevent future injuries.

Meet Sara
Dr. Sara Hegemier PT, DPT, received her doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from George Washington University after graduating from the University of North Carolina with degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology.
Sara is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, and lives in Charlottesville with her husband, Jacob, and puppy, Lloyd.
